Agromino contributes to making the communities in which it operates better places to live and do business. Agromino values mutually beneficial relationships with communities where it operates and strives to engage or consult with communities regarding business development plans that have a material impact on those communities. Agromino strives to support on a targeted basis local municipalities and organisations taking into account the availability of resources. For example, the support can be in the form of organising local events, buying equipment for schools, helping with the renovation works of public facilities, etc. A record of contributions and donations is kept to monitor activities and progress.

As every year, Agromino and its subsidiaries put particular focus on the support of local communities both in Russian and in Ukraine. In 2020, we actively supported local communities through:

• Assisting local authorities in the fight against Covid 19 (purchasing medical equipment for hospitals)
• Building playgrounds and sports grounds in villages
• Helping to establish new local markets benefiting the community
• Charitable donations and financial aid
• Purchasing materials and helping to repair damaged schools, churches, and kindergartens
• Purchasing necessary equipment and furniture for various local organisations (including equipment for schools and local charities)
• Purchasing presents and gifts for children, students, and veterans’ organisations
• Supporting all types of local events
