Petr Krogman<\/h3>\n

\"\"Petr Krogman is owner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Agromino and co-owner of Czech agri-energy company ZD Dobru\u0161ka. He has an entrepreneurial background of more than 25 years\u2019 experience in the agricultural and financial sectors.<\/p>\n

Mr. Krogman previously founded, developed and managed the Czech agricultural company Spojen\u00e9 farmy a.s. holding 20 thousand ha of agricultural land in the Czech Republic. Mr. Krogman\u2019s current positions include: President of Ukrainian-Czech Chamber of Commerce, Statutory Director in Czech investment funds Mabon SICAV and ZSZ SICAV. Mr. Krogman holds MSc from the University of Economics, Prague.<\/p>\n

Jan Urban<\/h3>\n

Jan Urban is the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Agromino. Jan started his career as a legal intern and later
\n\"\"associate with the US <\/span>law <\/span>firm White & Case in their Prague office. After his postgraduate studies in the US he <\/span>continued for 3 years as a management consultant with McKinsey & Co., where he <\/span>took part in the restructuring of several Czech industrial and banking conglomerates.<\/span>
\nJan started his first company in 2000 and continued to manage self-started companies until 2010. Since 2010 he has been active more as an investor into companies with close oversight including introducing them to standard managerial and corporate governance principles. Several of the companies he founded or invested in were acquired by premier Czech strategic investors. He acts as a mentor in several Czech start-up incubators.
\nJan was born in 1972 and holds JD and PhD From the Charles University Law School, MA in Finance from the Prague University of Economics and LLM from the Harvard Law School. He is a qualified Czech and US attorney.<\/p>\n

Jan Urban holds 306,184 shares which corresponds 1.22% of the shares in Agromino A\/S.

Jiri Vyskocil has more than 20 years experience in \"\"investment banking. He worked in top management positions in Erste Bank and KBC Bank in the Czech republic. His previous mandate was CEO and Chairman of the BoD of Patria Finance (member of CSOB\/KBC group), leading investment house in Czech republic being active in securities brokerage, M&A advisory and real estates funds management. Mr. Vyskocil holds MSc from Finance at the University of Economics, Prague.<\/p>\n
